One great healthy habit is to drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.
How To:
- 1 Lemon (Tip: no lemon around or need a shortcut: buy pure organic lemon juice - I have found it at Whole Foods)
- 1 large mug/cup
- Warm water
Directions:
- Cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juice of one lemon half into the mug.
- Add the warm water to the lemon juice—make sure you do not add boiled water as this would destroy some of the therapeutic properties of lemon.
- Consume on an empty stomach.
