How to find your deeper WHY:

Level 1 Ask yourself: "Why is this project/habit important to me?"
- Answer the question above: "This project/habit is important to me because 'A' (fill in your reason)."
-
Level 2 Then ask yourself: "Why is 'A' (your answer from above) important to you?
- Answer the question above: "'A' is important to me because 'B' (fill in your reason why A is important to you)."
-
Level 3 Then ask yourself: "Why is 'B' (your answer from above) important to you?
- Answer the question above: "'B' is important to me because C' (fill in your reason why B is important to you)."

Write your WHY on a post it and put it up. It will remind you to stay on target...and yes the dopamine release plays a role in this as well.
